Decaffeinated coffee, or "decaf," is coffee made from beans that have had at least 97% of their caffeine removed. It is not entirely caffeine-free; a typical 8-ounce cup of decaf contains about 2–5 mg of caffeine, compared to approximately 95 mg in a regular cup.
